Creswick Creek Bridge

Creswick Creek Bridge. Ron Woods writes: My intention was to photograph the original and new bridges across Creswick Creek, north of Creswick station.  (The original bridge was built by Phoenix Foundry.)  As I prepared to take the photo, freshly painted T344 rolled down the grade toward the bridge with a string of empty wheat hoppers. After taking this photo, I followed the T class to Clunes, where it crossed a number of Up block wheat trains.  I never did go back to photograph the bridge itself.

T344 on a Down goods with a string of empty wheat hoppers. This original bridge still appears to be in place alongside the new bridge, but with no track on it. The new bridge would be to the left in this photo.
